Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician - A to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and safety for a wide range of vehicles. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing issues accurately and executing repairs efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced mechanics to apply their technical knowledge in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to automotive excellence. Responsibilities Conduct detailed diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Perform repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, powertrains, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical components. Repair and maintain diesel engines, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical problems effectively. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely to complete mechanical repairs and vehicle maintenance tasks. Execute wheel alignments and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations to ensure vehicle safety features function correctly. Maintain detailed repair records, complete service reports, and communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and timelines. Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong mechanical background. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools. Hands-on experience with domestic vehicles or similar brands is preferred but not required. Skilled in diesel and gas engine repair, powertrain work, auto body repair, welding, and general mechanical repair. Familiarity with automotive wiring diagram interpretation and ADAS calibration procedures. Ability to lift heavy components safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, maintenance equipment, and automotive service technology. $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
