5-7 years' experience in aircraft maintenance with a focus on troubleshooting and repair.
Experience leading and supervising others in aircraft maintenance tasks.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed.
Experience troubleshooting aircraft malfunctions to the component level.
Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements.
Understanding of quality management systems and adherence to established processes and procedures.
Familiarity with electronics, electrical schematics, and circuits.
Experience working on Development Programs or Flight Test Programs is preferred.
Experience with DoD systems, including
