We are currently seeking a Harness Technician B to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This position will support the assembly and installation of harnesses for various space systems.
Position Responsibilities:
Assemble and install harnesses for space systems. Perform inspections and tests on harnesses. Document work performed in accordance with company procedures. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Train and mentor junior technicians. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in electrical assembly or related field. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment. Good communication skills.
