Job Description

The Avionics Installer will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on turbine aircraft, with a primary focus on Cessna Citation models. This role requires strong technical skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to complete accurate documentation in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality work, understands the importance of compliance, and wants to grow within a professional Part 145 repair station environment. Responsibilities Install, modify, and upgrade aircraft avionics systems in accordance with FAA regulations, STC data, engineering drawings, and manufacturer instructions. Fabricate, route, terminate, and secure aircraft wiring harnesses and coaxial cables. Remove and reinstall aircraft interior panels, instrument panels, seats, flooring, and related components as required for avionics access. Ensure work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs Support pre-purchase inspections and special projects as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with Lead Technicians and Management to meet project timelines Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate recommended 3+ years turbine aircraft experience preferred Citation experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of FAA Part 43 and Part 145 regulations Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, IPCs, and wiring diagrams Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Professional communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Professional growth within a rapidly expanding facility Stable, team-focused work environment Opportunity to work on high-end corporate aircraft Who We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who: Take ownership of their work Value quality over shortcuts Understand that documentation is just as important as turning wrenches Want to grow with a company building a strong long-term reputation
