Avionics Technician
Job Description:
Avionics Technician - Direct Hire We are actively seeking experienced avionics professionals to support a growing aerospace operation in Southern California. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to be part of a high-quality team supporting manufacturing, maintenance, and overhaul operations. This position is ideal for candidates with rotary-wing and/or fixed-wing aviation experience looking to step into a long-term career environment. Compensation & Benefits
  • $30.00-$45.00/hour (DOE)
  • Direct hire opportunity (full-time, permanent)

  • Avionics installation, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, and/or overhaul work
  • Working on aircraft electrical systems, components, and assemblies
  • Support of production and maintenance operations
  • No tools required Key Responsibilities
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation of avionics and electrical systems
  • Support manufacturing, modification, and/or overhaul efforts
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Accurately document completed work Qualifications
  • Prior avionics and/or aircraft electrical experience required
  • Rotary-wing experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, overhaul, or repair environments
  • Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and technical data
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
