Hydraulic Technician Draken is searching for an experienced Hydraulic Technician to maintain

F-16 A/B

models at the Romanian Air Force (RoAF) F-16 Training Center at the 86th Air Base, near Borcea, Romania. These aircraft will be used to train RoAF pilots. JOB OVERVIEW

Diagnoses and solves maintenance issues on hydraulic systems by using technical data Troubleshoots and maintains hydraulic test benches, components, and related equipment Maintains, rebuilds and/or overhauls aircraft hydraulic components according to technical data Conducts functional tests of repaired components and systems Document maintenance performed on hydraulic components and test benches Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Must have at least 5 years hands-on hydraulics maintenance experience Must have a working knowledge of aircraft safety directives (read, interpret, follow and comprehend schematics, diagrams, drawings and technical orders) Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) Must be able to clearly communicate and understand information about operational and safety matters. Must be able to read and interpret Technical Data written in English Obtain/maintain security clearance

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Environment ranges from office-like to hangar and flight line. Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands
