Role:

Are you ready to lead the charge in advancing aerospace technology? As an Avionics/Electrical Technician IV, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of advanced avionics and electrical systems. This high-impact role involves providing expert guidance in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing cutting-edge aircraft systems to maintain peak performance and safety. What You'll Do:

Lead with

Expertise :

Perform high-level operational tests and troubleshooting of avionics/electrical systems. Provide training and guidance to junior technicians, ensuring a skilled and safety-conscious workforce.

Test and Repair Systems :

Conduct functional and operational tests on avionics and aircraft systems, ensuring that repairs are made to the highest quality standards and meet engineering specifications.

Problem-Solving Excellence :

Diagnose and repair electrical/avionics components using best practices such as soldering, splicing, and pinning of wiring.

Ensure Quality :

Oversee installations to ensure compliance with engineering changes and modifications. Maintain thorough documentation of all work performed on aircraft.

Set Up & Operate Equipment :

Set up and use test equipment to evaluate system performance and reliability.

Lead Compliance & Safety :

Enforce safety protocols, maintain FOD, tool control, and 5-S programs, and ensure all operations meet regulatory standards. Adapt to

Schedule Changes :

Work with the team to adjust to sudden changes while keeping projects on track.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language..
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) years' experience in an avionics/electrical career field; or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and four (4) years related experience.

Preferred:

A&P - HIGHLY PREFERRED FCC

License and NCATT Certification - HIGHLY

PREFERRED

Proficiency in other aircraft systems (e.g., hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls) APU or engine run qualification Experience in flight testing and aircraft certification Why Join Us? Pay Details:
