Test, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics and hydraulic systems and components Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters and other diagnostic equipment Inspect, repair, and rebuild hydraulic components including pumps, valves, actuators, and related assemblies Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, hydraulic flow diagrams, and technical drawings Perform precision repairs including soldering, component replacement, and system rebuilds Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety standards, and quality procedures Accurately document all maintenance, repair, and inspection work Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement Safely lift and maneuver equipment as required in a hands-on shop environmentQualifications:
Experience troubleshooting electrical and/or hydraulic systems Knowledge of multimeter usage and basic electrical diagnostics Ability to read technical schematics and diagrams (electrical and hydraulic) Hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and within a team Physically capable of performing technical shop work Preferred (Not Required) Aerospace MRO or aviation manufacturing experience FAA certifications or avionics/hydraulics training Experience working in regulated or quality-controlled environments We're willing to train motivated candidates with strong mechanical and electrical foundations.
