Product Review Engineer 4: 147884
Job Description:
Applies broad engineering knowledge to assess and resolve complex product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle. Leads technical investigations, root cause analysis, and development of interim and final engineering solutions for nonconformances and safety-related concerns. Provides guidance to cross-functional teams, supports production and delivery environments, and ensures compliance with engineering standards. Participates in repair activities, structural analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

              • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.
              g., Bachelor's degree) and typically 9 or more years of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD + 4 years of related work experience, Master's degree + 7 years of related work experience). In the
              USA, ABET
              accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

              Capability to work on 737 MAX structure, systems, interiors, exterior decorative finishes, flight squawks, and support delivery activity.

              • Current or previous delivery center work experience.
              • Experience with flight squawk resolution processes.
              • In-depth knowledge of systems and functional test troubleshooting.
              • Capable of communicating with customers and leading technical discussions.
              • Familiarity with AFRS.
              • Knowledge of drawing change processes (EQC, ELR, MCC, RR, MR, PRR).
              • Prior CI&R experience. Job Duties & Functions
              • Assess and resolve product and process issues across the product lifecycle.
              • Lead research, root cause analysis, and disposition of design nonconformances.
              • Develop interim and final engineering solutions for complex technical issues.
              • Analyze reported problems for potential safety issues and manage resolution.
              • Develop and implement product and process improvements.
              • Provide subject matter expertise to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in design reviews.
              • Represent engineering in build through post-production environments.
              • Ensure supplier and build partner compliance with engineering standards.
              • Develop customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance.
              • Lead on-site repair teams and support accident investigation efforts.
              • Design jacking and shoring schemes and lead structural repair design and analysis.
              • Develop and lead non-destructive test procedures, tools, and standards.
              • Develop and implement technical training curriculum for internal and external customers. Physical Requirements & Environment
