Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electric bikes, including motor systems, batteries, brakes, suspension, and mechanical components Conduct routine maintenance such as wheel truing, brake adjustments, drivetrain tuning, and suspension servicing to ensure optimal bike performance Assemble new e-bikes from parts and accessories with precision using hand tools and power tools Replace or upgrade components like brake pads, cables, tires, and electronic parts to meet safety standards and customer needs Educate customers on proper bike care, maintenance procedures, and safe riding practices to enhance their cycling experience Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inventory logs accurately for all repairs and parts used Assist in retail sales by providing expert advice on e-bike features, accessories, and maintenance packages while delivering excellent customer service Skills Proven experience as a bicycle or vehicle service technician with a focus on e-bikes or similar electric vehicles Strong mechanical knowledge of bike systems including brakes, suspension components, drivetrains, and electrical wiring Skilled in using hand tools (sockets, wrenches) and power tools safely and effectively during repairs and assembly Experience with suspension tuning, brake repair, vehicle maintenance, and assembly processes Ability to lift heavy bikes or parts repeatedly while adhering to safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach to explaining technical issues clearly Retail sales experience combined with retail math skills to assist customers confidently in purchasing decisions Passion for cycling and sustainable transportation solutions that motivates high-quality workmanship Join us in creating a vibrant environment where innovation meets adventure!
