In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assembling, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric bikes to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on electric bikes, including motor systems, batteries, brakes, suspension, and electrical components Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and fine-tune bike parts with precision Conduct routine maintenance such as tire replacements, brake adjustments, and drivetrain servicing to keep bikes in peak condition Troubleshoot electrical issues related to wiring harnesses, controllers, and battery management systems Assist customers with bike assembly, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to enhance their riding experience Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory to ensure efficient workflow Support retail sales by providing expert advice on bike features, accessories, and maintenance products Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic with a focus on bicycles or small motorized vehicles Strong mechanical knowledge of suspension systems, brakes, drivetrains, and electrical components of electric bikes Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in vehicle maintenance and assembly Ability to lift heavy bikes or parts safely during repairs or inventory management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Retail math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Passion for cycling and sustainable transportation solutions Prior experience in retail sales or bike shops is a plus but not mandatory Join us if you're eager to combine your mechanical skills with your love for cycling!
