Primary Job Functions:

• Oversee the general function of the service center
• Monitor and maintain base inventory levels of repair parts
• Perform basic to complex bicycle repairs
• Build, diagnose and repair bicycles
• Consult with customers about required repairs
• File and complete warranty claims
• Ensure timely turnaround on all work orders
• Maintain a clean and professional work space

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a bicycle mechanic
• Ability to overhaul suspension, dropper posts, perform brake bleeds
• Wheel building experience preferred
• Knowledge of E-Bikes and electronic shifting (Di2/eTap/AXS) is a big plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Occasional weekend availability
