Bicycle Suspension Technician Epicenter Cycling — Santa Cruz, CA Epicenter Cycling is looking for an experienced Bicycle Suspension Technician to join our team in Santa Cruz, California. We're a rider-focused Trek dealer built around bikes, hospitality, and high-level service. Santa Cruz is one of the best riding destinations in the world, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about mountain biking and takes pride in precision mechanical work. What You'll Do Perform suspension service and rebuilds on forks, shocks, and dropper posts Diagnose suspension performance issues and recommend solutions Complete routine and advanced service on RockShox, Fox, Marzocchi, and other major brands Maintain clean, organized, and professional service procedures Communicate clearly with customers and service writers about repairs and timelines Help maintain a high standard of quality and turnaround time in the service department Assist with full bike builds and technical troubleshooting when needed What We're Looking For Previous bicycle suspension service experience required Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail Passion for mountain biking and rider experience Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Positive attitude and strong communication skills Experience with suspension vacuum bleeds, damper rebuilds, air spring service, and tuning is essential Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Employee discounts on bikes, parts, and gear Access to some of the best riding in California Supportive, rider-driven team environment Opportunities for training and professional growth If you're passionate about bikes and want to work in a shop that values both technical excellence and hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
