They work hard behind the scenes to build bikes for eager new riders to enjoy and repair/maintain bikes to keep riders riding. This is not your dad's old "bike shop" environment. It's fast paced and very detail oriented with a high level of mechanical and technical skills needed in areas of suspension, electronic shifting, "e"bike motors/drivetrain, hydraulic brakes/shifting, and much more. • Maintaining, repairing or replacing components on bicycles, including standard and e-bikes.

Work on brands of bikes we carry. Giant, Specialized, Liv, Aventon, Sunday, Fairdale. Requirements Requirements include but are not limited to: Experience preferred working as a technician/ mechanic in a bike shop. Previous bike assembly experience or equivalent preferred Interest in working in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees Interest in developing own skills and knowledge Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends Ability to periodically lift 50 pounds Benefits What you get Base pay

• $18•30 per hour Incentive pay 5% of all completed service Team Bonus•Monthly service goals.
