In this energetic role, you will be responsible for meticulously assembling bicycles, diagnosing mechanical issues, and ensuring each bike meets our rigorous safety and performance standards. Your hands-on skills will help create a seamless experience for cycling enthusiasts of all levels, fostering a love for riding while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Assemble bicycles from boxed, partially assembled to finished and tuned products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems repair techniques Utilize mechanical knowledge to ensure proper assembly and alignment of bike parts, ensuring optimal performance and safety Use retail math skills to manage inventory of parts and accessories efficiently during assembly processes Lift heavy bikes and components safely during assembly or repairs while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical assembly equipment Familiarity with retail sales processes and customer service principles related to cycling products Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers and team members Enthusiasm for cycling and a commitment to delivering outstanding service through quality assembly workJoin us in creating exceptional biking experiences by combining your technical skills with your passion for cycling.
