WE-cycle is seeking seasonal team members to support day-to-day system operations. Bikeshare Operators help maintain reliable bike and station availability across the WE-cycle network by completing field work such as bike redistribution, basic bike checkups, and station upkeep. This role focuses on safe and reliable execution of assigned field work. Operators are expected to complete tasks, communicate clearly, and follow established system standards. Core Responsibilities Relocate WE-cycle fleet bikes using company vehicles or e-bikes to maintain station availability. Support daily field operations by completing assigned tasks. Perform basic bike checkups to keep bikes rider-ready. Maintain station cleanliness and basic upkeep. Provide rider assistance as needed. Qualifications Basic mechanical awareness and willingness to learn bike maintenance fundamentals. Ability to learn new skills and follow established procedures. Reliable and punctual with the ability to complete assigned work independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license required. Work Environment Hands-on, field-based work requiring mobility and physical activity. Ability to repeatedly lift and move bikes weighing up to 45 lbs. Prepared to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Ability to ride an e-bike for extended periods (up to 15 miles per shift). Benefits Sick Time - accrues at a rate of 0.033 per hour worked and max accrual of 48 hours. $15 cell phone reimbursement per paycheck. 100% paid bus pass for commuting to and from work.Similar jobs in Aspen, CO
