As our electric inventory continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated E-Bike Technician to join our team. Position Summary The E-Bike Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electric bikes and light electric vehicles. This role is critical in ensuring performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across a range of modern electric units. This is a full-time, hourly position offering consistent 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced, professional shop environment. Work Schedule Tuesday•Friday:
8:00 AM•6:00 PM Saturday:
8:00 AM•5:00 PM Sunday & Monday:
OFF Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electric bikes, including electrical and mechanical systems Perform routine maintenance and service on brands such as Surron, E Ride Pro, 79BIKE, CFMOTO, and similar units Troubleshoot battery systems, controllers, wiring, and drivetrain components Assemble new units and ensure proper setup to manufacturer standards Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist other technicians and departments as needed Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical troubleshooting experience preferred Experience with e-bikes, motorcycles, or powersports vehicles is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and stay current with evolving electric vehicle technology Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license preferred Compensation & Benefits (Colorado Pay Transparency Compliance) Hourly Pay Range:
$22.00•$25.00 per hour Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications.
