Job Description

On call part time. Responsible for operating E-Bike Rental Shop which offers a GPS Audio E-Bike Tour of the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
Duties include:
E-bike fleet maintenance and repair as well as assisting guests through rental process including completion of paperwork, proper fitting of rental equipment, giving safety lecture, assisting guests with GPS/Audio Tour App activation, and provide excellent guest service. Ability to work independently and prioritize.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain e-bike rental fleet keeping bikes in good working condition. Open and closing e-bike rental shop and charging e-bike batteries. Ensure all paperwork is completed, organized, and stored appropriately. Complete all aspects of assisting guests with ebike rentals, including paperwork, adjusting, and fitting rental equipment, giving safety lecture, gps audio app activation, and answering guest questions. Clean, organize and maintain all equipment, counter tops, and facilities in shop daily. Daily reporting of inventory for rental fleet repairs. Familiarity using a computer or tablet. You will check company reservation emails and lookup look up customer reservation information and collect the equipment deposit
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain an exceptional level of guest service in all interaction with guests, fellow employees, and management. All other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Minimum of 2 years Bike Mechanic experience required and/or certification required Hours per week: 19 hours
