Rental Shop Technician

Enjoy problem-solving and thinking on your feet? This fast-paced department manages our large bike rental fleet and plays a key role in delivering a great guest experience. Staff are responsible for fitting rental bikes to guests, explaining proper equipment usage, loading and unloading bikes from vehicles, and washing and inspecting bikes to ensure they're in top condition. The role also involves staying organized and preparing inventory for the following day. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors on your feet for extended periods, communicate clearly with guests, and handle problems as they arise. Team members are based out of our main location off Exit 0 on I-90 at the Idaho/Montana state line.

Key Responsibilities:

Fit guests with rental bikes Load and unload bikes from vehicles Clean, inspect, and maintain bikes Organize inventory returns for the next day
