PhoneFIXation is seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Technician to oversee daily repair operations, ensure high-quality service, and support a team of technicians. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices Lead, train, and mentor technicians to maintain consistent service quality and efficiency Oversee workflow, ensuring timely completion of repairs and adherence to company standards Manage inventory of parts and tools, including ordering and tracking supplies Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repair options, timelines, and costs Handle escalated technical issues and customer concerns professionally Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies Assist with store operations, including opening/closing duties when needed

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of iOS and Android devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools Sales experience or comfort recommending products and services
