Experience Level:

You don't need to know e-bikes, but you need to at least know your way around fixing a flat, tuning shifting and brakes, and the usual basic repair stuff. Ready to power up your career? Send us your resume and tell us why you're excited about working with e-bikes. Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview. Our lawyer said there were a few other things we should say, so check out these notices before you apply:
Physical Demands:
You must be able to lift and carry e-bikes and other equipment, which can be cumbersome and heavy. You will often have assistance from coworkers in the shop, but sometimes you may need to carry items alone. You must be able to climb steps, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, grasp, reach, twist, and crouch. The shop is in a (nice and finished) historic building from the late 1800s and is spread out across three floors. There are ramps to the bottom and middle floors but only stairs to the top employees-only level. The mechanic shop is down a ramp in the back.

This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
Last bits:
If you made it this far, thank you for reading! We will automatically reject your application without responding to you if your resume or response indicates you cannot work onsite during our regular business hours. You must answer "yes" to a screening question about this before we see your resume, so anything contradicting that means you are either lying or cannot pay attention to details. Sorry, we will not be sponsoring any visas for this role. You MUST be authorized to work in the U.S. already. Local candidates are preferred.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Application Question(s): How much experience do you have working on bikes and/or ebikes?
