The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, reliable, customer-friendly, and confident working on both electric and non-electric bicycles. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical bike issues Perform tune-ups, maintenance, and complete bike builds Work on both eBikes (Aventon Brand only) and traditional bicycles Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, timelines, and recommendations Maintain an organized and efficient service area Help ensure excellent customer service and shop experience Requirements Prior bike mechanic experience is required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience working on eBikes preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated

Position Details Part-time:
