•please submit your application through the website Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Strong guest service, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to lead, guide, and support others effectively. Ability to successfully complete park training requirements. Strong time management, judgment, and risk management skills. Comfortable speaking to large groups and working with participants of all ages. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, extended hours, and irregular shifts. Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification before the first day of work. Physical Requirements Must be physically capable of participating in outdoor activities. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Job Responsibilities Perform daily trail and freeride area inspections. Complete trail maintenance and repairs as needed. Assist with routine shop operations and upkeep. Clean, inspect, and tune rental bikes. Serve as a bike guide or instructor when needed. Provide excellent customer service to guests and riders. Exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations. Remain receptive to feedback and direction. Wear appropriate attire and safety equipment. Collaborate effectively with the Adventure Center of Asheville team. Position Details This is a part-time position. Primary responsibilities include checking in riders, issuing rental bikes, maintaining the rental fleet, and communicating regularly with the Bike Park Manager regarding additional tasks and operational needs.
