Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your expertise and passion make a real impact every day? We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, experienced Bicycle Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring every bike that leaves our shop is safe, precise, and ready to ride—while creating exceptional experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service by advising clients on products, services, and cycling solutions Perform high-quality service and repairs on all styles of bicycles Take ownership of quality control , ensuring every bike is built and serviced to the highest standards Maintain an organized, efficient, and fully stocked workshop Track and manage parts orders, warranties, and service records Complete all assigned work accurately and on schedule Proactively resolve customer concerns and create positive outcomes Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities Continuously build your product knowledge and technical expertise Contribute to a positive, team-first culture built on communication, integrity, and shared success What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and technical expertise Excellent communication and people skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment A team player who is adaptable, reliable, and open to growth Passion for cycling and creating great customer experiences Flexible mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail setting Why You'll Love Working Here SIGNING BONUS AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!
