Shift Requirements:

Nights and Weekends Required Are you a mechanical expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment? RollHouse Entertainment is looking for a Head Mechanic to take command of our machine room. As the lead technician, you will be the primary guardian of our Brunswick A2 Pinsetters , ensuring that every frame is perfect and every guest has a seamless experience. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for high-speed machinery and building maintenance, we want you to lead our technical operations. Primary Responsibilities & Leadership As the Head Mechanic, you aren't just fixing machines—you are managing the technical heartbeat of the center:

System Mastery:

Lead the maintenance, deep repair, and precision adjustment of Brunswick A2 Pinsetters , Vector Plus scoring systems, and foul units.

Operational Oversight:

Proactively identify mechanical fatigue and implement permanent solutions; when the pressure is on, develop safe, temporary fixes to keep the lanes live.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a shop environment that is clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.

Strategic Communication:

Act as the primary technical advisor to the General Manager, providing updates on equipment health, parts inventory, and project timelines.

Lane Excellence:

Oversee the daily lane conditioning program, ensuring oil patterns are consistent and high-performing.

Facility Management:

Direct general building maintenance, including plumbing, minor electrical, and carpentry tasks to keep the entire venue in top shape. Qualifications & Leadership Profile The "Must-Haves": Advanced proficiency with power tools, electric meters, air compressors, and hydraulic presses.

Technical Breadth:

Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.

The RollHouse Schedule:

Because the pins drop most on evenings and weekends, availability during these peak shifts is a core requirement of the role.

Experience:

Previous experience with Brunswick A2 Pinsetters is highly preferred. While we provide training, a candidate with a proven mechanical background is essential for this lead position.
