Our service department is expanding fast, and we're looking for a proven Senior-Level Flat Rate Technician who wants consistent hours, strong earning potential, and a shop that's investing in its future. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional who knows how to turn hours, take pride in their work, and wants to be part of a department that's building something bigger—not stuck maintaining the status quo.
What You'll Find Here:

Senior-level technician with a strong track record in flat-rate production Ability to document consistent productivity and performance Advanced diagnostic and repair skills Self-motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented Takes ownership of their work and their results Reliable, professional, and team-focused
