25 miles Job Description & Requirements Rhythm Cycles is looking for professional bike mechanics to work at our Trestle Bike Park location in Winter Park Colorado. Must have minimum of 3 years bike shop experience. Know how to bleed all brands of brakes, know Sram AXS, know Shimano DI2 and be able to work in a fast pace environment. This is a summer job from mid May to early Oct. All employees must be able to weekends (no exceptions). This is a full time 5 day a week position. We offer competitive pay, free park passes and housing per diem. We can also help with employee housing if needed (most out of pocket would be $500 per month). No pets allowed in shop or employee housing, sorry, not our rules but the resort rules. We are also hiring part time employees but not with as many perks.
