help people ride more and enjoy it more. The Role We're looking for a Rider Experience Specialist to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of sales, communication, and technical knowledge. You'll help customers navigate purchasing decisions, solve problems, and create experiences that build long-term relationships with the shop. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with riders of all experience levels, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strong understanding of modern bicycles, components, and riding culture. What We're Looking For Strong Cycling Knowledge You understand bikes, components, fit, and rider needs. Shop experience is valuable, but deep involvement in cycling culture counts too. Customer-Focused Mindset You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering a high level of service. You listen well, communicate clearly, and make customers feel welcomed and supported. Professionalism & Initiative You're organized, dependable, and motivated to contribute wherever needed. You work well independently while remaining highly collaborative with the team. Passion for Learning You're excited to continue developing your product knowledge, sales skills, and technical understanding of the industry. Responsibilities Guide customers through bike, component, accessory, and apparel purchases Deliver thoughtful product recommendations based on rider goals and experience Support a clean, organized, and visually strong retail environment Assist with operational and service-related tasks as needed Contribute to a positive shop culture and strong community presence Represent the Project Bike brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Why Project Bike?
