Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and timely repairs. Oversee inventory management for repair parts and tools, ensuring availability and organization. Develop and implement service policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality. Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in bicycle repair and maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.Qualifications:
