The company services commercial operators, fleets, construction companies, logistics providers, and owner-operators through in-shop repair, field service, diagnostics, maintenance, and emergency roadside support.

Heavy Diesel Diagnostics and Repair Engine Repair and Replacement Roadside Assistance Fleet Maintenance Hydraulic, Suspension, Brake, And Electrical Repair DOT Inspection and Compliance Support The company operates in a production-driven environment focused on uptime, repair accuracy, operational efficiency, and long-term customer retention. Position Overview The Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing all daily shop operations, technician production, repair quality, workflow management, scheduling coordination, and operational accountability. This position serves as the operational leader inside the shop. The role requires an individual capable of managing technicians, controlling workflow, maintaining production standards, assisting with diagnostics, preventing comebacks, and ensuring the shop operates efficiently under pressure. The Shop Foreman is expected to maintain structure, discipline, urgency, and accountability across the operation while supporting continued company growth. This is a working leadership role, not an administrative position.
