Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced E-Bike Mechanic and Customer Service/Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair a variety of e-bikes, while providing outstanding customer service and guidance to our clients. You should be well-versed in both traditional bicycle mechanics and the unique elements of e-bike systems.

Duties:

E-bike Repair and Maintenance:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various e-bike models. Perform tune-ups, component installation, and system upgrades.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer interactions from initial questions to completed repairs. Explain issues clearly, offer solutions, and educate customers on e-bike maintenance and best practices. Fantastic hospitality - an approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can - even on the busiest of days.

New Bike Assembly:

Assemble new e-bikes to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Work Area Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Team Collaboration:

Assist other team members as needed to fulfill customer orders and provide top-tier service.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a bicycle mechanic, including demonstrated understanding of e-bike systems. Certifications in e-bike mechanics from brands like Bosch, Shimano, etc. are a strong plus. Proven ability to diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical issues. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or processes We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
