Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a team player, enjoy working with amazing bikes, and want to contribute to the foundation of a growing business? Are you creative, adaptable, and stoked to build shiny new bikes all day? Awesome! You might be the perfect fit for our team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person to join our small team of assembly mechanics supporting both custom bicycle assembly and quality control. In this role, you will assemble bikes to order, and ensure our high-quality standard is met before bikes go out the door.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
The Propain Bicycles brand was founded in 2006, and since 2012 has offered customized, consumer- direct bikes from of our headquarters in Vogt, Germany. After years of success in Europe, Propain launched in North America with the same unique model in 2021. As a team, our goal is to create the best bikes for us and our friends, and our continued growth is a testament to this fundamental. Our product range has expanded from our downhill origins, and Propain now offers segment-leading bicycles for All Mountain, Enduro, Freeride and Downhill riding, as well as several e-bike models - all utilizing our proprietary Pro 10® suspension system. Our portfolio is completed by a full range of kids bikes, and most recently a gravel bike.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently build each bike model, step by step according to our production standards Communicate with Lead Mechanic and Operations Team Thoroughly quality check bikes with a high attention to detail
REQUIREMENTS
High-end bicycle assembly experience in a professional capacity is required Prior experience with e-bike assembly and/or service highly desired Basic computer skills
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
