Job Description

We're looking for a reliable part-time handyman to assist with general repairs and maintenance at a condominium near Old San Juan . This role is ideal for someone experienced, dependable, and fluent in English . Applicants should be available for a short in-person interview in San Juan between Wednesday and Friday this week . If selected, there will be paid handyman work on Monday, March 16 from 10:00 AM to around 3:00 PM . Duties may include (but not limited to): Repair leaky faucets Window installations and door adjustments General carpentry and small repairs Replace weather stripping on windows Furniture assembly General maintenance and upkeep
Requirements:
2+ years experience in maintenance or home repair Must have your own basic tools Fluent English communication required Reliable, punctual, and professional Transportation to San Juan required Nice to have: Experience working in residential buildings Time spent living or working in the mainland
United States Pay:
$30/hour
Schedule:
Interview this week (Wed-Fri) in San Juan. If selected, work will take place Monday March 16 from 10 AM to about 3 PM .
