What You'll Be Doing:

Installing retrofit windows, doors, and glass in residential and light commercial settings Interior and exterior finish carpentry (trim, casings, flashing, etc.) Operating company trucks and trailers (no CDL required) Lifting and handling materials weighing 50-100 lbs daily Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally

What We're Looking For:

Construction, carpentry, or glazing experience is a major plus Clean driving record and background check required Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-first mindset Ability to follow directions and take pride in a job well done Comfortable with hand and power tools, or ready to learn No Experience? No Problem. If you're dependable, easy to work with, and eager to learn, we'll train you . We're more interested in attitude and work ethic than a long resume.
