DOE Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (On-call rotation required) TDL Staffing is seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to support a well-established housing community located at Eielson Air Force Base. This position offers competitive pay, a consistent full-time schedule, and the opportunity to work across a wide range of residential and community maintenance projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality repairs, and values steady, reliable employment. You'll be responsible for maintaining both residential units and shared community spaces, helping ensure a safe, functional, and well-kept environment for residents. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well independently and as part of a team, and provides professional, respectful service when interacting with residents and coworkers. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and complete residential maintenance repairs Perform work in areas such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, pressure washing, cleaning, and basic electrical repairs Maintain community amenities including playgrounds, outdoor spaces, community centers, dog parks, and other shared facilities Respond to work orders and document completed tasks using basic computer and mobile systems Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with residents and team members Participate in an on-call rotation as needed Minimum Requirements 3+ years of residential or multi-family maintenance experience Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and hydronic heating systems Proficiency with standard maintenance tools and equipment Basic computer or mobile device skills for work orders, training, and communication Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required) Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position Must support a drug-free work environment Ready to get started
