Front Office Coverage Coordinator (Garage Door Service & Sales)

Full-Time Office /

Dispatch Coordinator Hours:

8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (possible part-time option: noon-5:00 PM) Busy garage door sales and service company seeking a reliable, organized team member to support customers, technicians, scheduling, sales follow-up, parts, and daily office operations.

Responsibilities include:

Answer phones and schedule service calls Greet customers and assist with parts and payments Communicate with technicians and monitor the daily schedule Follow up on estimates, pending repairs, and customer reviews Assist with parts ordering, inventory, and purchase orders Open/close the office and confirm all jobs are completed and documented Keep records, invoices, and office tasks up to date

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Comfortable with computers, phones, and a fast-paced environment Flexible to occasionally stay after 5:00 PM Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Must have a clean driving record Experience in service, construction, office, dispatch, or garage door industry preferred but not required. Be the person who keeps the day running—when others are coming and going, you make sure everything stays on track.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
