Maintenance Technician

Emmaus Foods in Albertville is seeking individuals who have knowledge and experience in the maintenance field in a manufacturing environment. Current openings include positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. This position is responsible for the maintenance, install, and repair of all powered industrial equipment and machinery in the facility. Candidate must have good problem solving skills and have the ability to organize the tasks being performed. Must be able to work in at fast pace environment and be self-motivated.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical problems
• Install and repair equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications
• Perform routine preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure production operations Minimum Skills and requirements:
• Experience in cutting and welding, hydraulics, filter systems, pipe fitting/plumbing, sheet metal fabrication and pneumatics electrical wiring and motors
• Knowledge of tools ranging from hand/power tools, precision instruments, electrical and electronic testing devices

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
