Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties
Fast-Paced Unit Turns:
Efficiently prep, repair, and refresh vacant apartments to a high standard, ensuring a welcoming and pristine home for arriving residents.
General Maintenance & Repairs:
Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance across the property, including basic plumbing, electrical fixes, carpentry, drywall patching, and appliance troubleshooting.
HVAC Troubleshooting:
Conduct basic inspection and troubleshooting of heating and cooling systems to ensure resident comfort throughout the year.
Exceptional Customer Service:
Respond to resident work orders timely, with kindness, patience, and absolute professionalism, recognizing that you are working inside our seniors' homes.
Operational Support & Safety:
Maintain clear logs, manage inventory, proactively identify safety hazards, and collaborate closely with the Property Manager to achieve regulatory compliance and operational goals.
On-Call Rotation:
Participate in a shared, rotating on-call schedule to handle occasional after-hours maintenance emergencies. What You Bring to the Team

Proven Experience:
Demonstrated background in multifamily property maintenance, facility management, or residential trades (unit turns, painting, basic plumbing, and carpentry).
Reliability & Punctuality:
Dependable, consistent, and on time. Our senior residents and your fellow operations team members rely on you showing up ready to make a difference.
- HVAC Experience (Desirable, Not Required): Hands-on experience troubleshooting HVAC systems or holding an EPA certification is highly valued and will be fully utilized. However, we encourage all qualified technicians with a strong general mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn to apply.

Valid Driver's License:
