About the Role The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role involves responding to basic service requests, assisting in apartment make-readies, maintaining the exterior of the property, and ensuring clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. The Maintenance Technician I will also be responsible for trash removal, light cleaning, and maintaining the property's flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas. This position requires effective communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and adherence to all safety and compliance standards. Daily Maintenance Perform daily maintenance tasks and respond to service requests. Assist in apartment make-readies. Property Maintenance Maintain property exterior and common areas. Communication and Reporting Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor. Ensure inventory of cleaning supplies. Safety and Compliance Follow safety practices and participate in training. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity•. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
