Job Description
Full time maintenance position. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on rental homes and properties. Troubleshoot and diagnose tenant service issues. Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding maintenance tasks. Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records of repairs performed. Knowledge of plumbling, electrical, A/C, carpentry and general labor experience preferred. Job is Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a rotating On-Call weekend schedule. Family owned and operated business that has served the Auburn community for 50 years.
