- 1:00 PM Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure safe operation. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement timely repairs to maintain production efficiency. Install, maintain, and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings. Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or steel production environment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment. Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Job Type Full-time, temporary with temp-to-hire opportunities.
