This individual ensures that all maintenance issues are handled promptly, professionally and completed in a timely manner, in keeping with our high standards.

Job Duties:

Prepare vacant units for move-in. Respond, as directed, promptly and professionally to work order requests both during business hours and after hours. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in the areas of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock, appliances and more. Respond, as needed, to emergency work orders during and after business hours. Perform other duties as assigned including but not limited to snow removal, minimal landscaping, etc.

Experience and Qualifications:

A minimum 3 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required. Plumbing, electrical, and appliance experience. Must have excellent communication skills, along with a customer service attitude. Must maintain professional appearance and attitude. Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Must be able to work evenings and weekend hours and be available for on call status. Background check required.
