Hotel Maintenance Person

Our hotel maintenance worker will perform a variety of duties related to the smooth upkeep and maintenance of the hotel's operations on both the interior and exterior. As hotel maintenance, your job duties are to inspect and repair various energy systems, such as the heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment. You also assist with repairing floors, roofs, and doors and installing new products, such as light fixtures. We are looking for someone who can work with air conditioning, and work to troubleshoot. Hotel maintenance is required to be able to work with electrical and install lighting and assist in repairing fixtures. Plumbing knowledge is a must, and maintenance needs to know how to troubleshoot. Our maintenance is responsible for timely preventative maintenance of each guest room and public area to company and Franchise requirements. Maintenance is also responsible for outside curb appeal and maintaining the grounds, and any assignment given by the General Manager. Qualifications needed for this position include mechanical aptitude, organization, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
