Our team is committed to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with hands-on injection molding experience to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of injection molding machines and associated equipment to ensure maximum production efficiency and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines (e.g., hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems). Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and process issues. Maintain auxiliary equipment including thermolators, chillers, dryers, and conveyors. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability. Document all maintenance work, including repairs and preventive measures. Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with injection molding equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, and automation systems is a plus. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
