Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan. Perform appliance repairs and service technician tasks efficiently to minimize downtime. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to troubleshoot complex systems accurately. Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing mechanical support and ensuring safety standards are met. Lead small teams or coordinate with other technicians during maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
