Maintenance Staff

Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal operation. Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Carry out mechanical repairs, including welding and mechanical component replacements, to maintain equipment reliability. Manage facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC servicing, and general repairs to uphold safety standards. Assist with residential painting projects and other cosmetic improvements to enhance facility appearance. Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future tasks. Supervise or assist junior team members in maintenance activities while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Skills Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters effectively. Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and basic welding techniques. Proven experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance environments with a focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork coordination. Leadership or supervising experience that demonstrates the ability to guide others and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer service orientation to address internal or external stakeholder needs professionally. Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting purposes.
