Job Description

Job Title:
Industrial Maintenance Technician (Mechanical + Electrical)
Location:
Near Huntsville, AL Job Description:
We are a plastics recycling plant seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to support production equipment including shredders, conveyors, and extrusion lines.
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Work with motors, VFDs, sensors, contactors, relays
  • Repair gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains
  • Keep machines running with minimal downtime
Requirements:
  • Experience in industrial maintenance (2+ years preferred)
  • Able to read basic electrical diagrams
  • Hands-on troubleshooting ability (very important)
  • Experience with plastics or recycling equipment is a plus
Preferred:
  • Familiar with Allen-Bradley / PLC basics
  • Experience with shredders or extrusion equipment
Pay:
$25-35/hour (based on experience)
Note:
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can fix problems on the floor, not just replace parts.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
