Cleaning Technician

Schedule:

Primarily between 10:00 AM - 4:00

PM Pay:

Per job / per turnover We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing luxury vacation rental cleaning team. This is not basic house cleaning — we are looking for individuals who understand guest expectations in high-end short-term rentals and can help create a spotless, welcoming experience for every stay. Ideal candidates are dependable, efficient, coachable, and able to work independently or as part of a small team. We value professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and pride in your work. Responsibilities Perform detailed turnover cleaning for luxury vacation rentals Reset and stage properties to guest-ready standards Set amenities and restock essentials Report damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions immediately Perform light maintenance tasks such as: Replacing light bulbs Changing smoke detector batteries Minor troubleshooting or touch-ups Take direction well and follow cleaning checklists and standards Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results Communicate clearly and professionally with management and teammates Work independently or alongside a team of 2-3 cleaners Maintain awareness of guest expectations and presentation standards Requirements Previous residential, hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable transportation Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Ability to notice small details that impact guest experience Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies/equipment Must be dependable, trustworthy, and punctual Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with time-sensitive turnovers Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout shifts

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
