In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various areas, focusing on floor care and carpet cleaning to ensure a safe, hygienic environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive experience for staff and visitors alike, fostering a clean and professional atmosphere. This position offers flexible hours, based on church needs, perfect for those seeking part-time work with a meaningful impact. Responsibilities General cleaning and sanitation church facilities Restroom cleaning and trash removal. Floor care including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning. Maintaining classrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas. Assist with special cleaning projects such as window washing or deep cleaning tasks as needed. Keep detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues promptly. Qualifications Dependable and self-motivated. Experience with commercial cleaning and floor care preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours. Ability to work independently with a positive attitude, as well as willingness to work collaboratively with team members. Weekend and evening shifts
