Maintenance Tech:

Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair, appliance repairs and painting. Receive service requests and response in a timely manner. Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor. Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor. Perform minor building and equipment repairs.
